CORIN WORKS MAGIC! I booked Corin based on the Google reviews I found, everyone was raving about her. But there was no photos attached. Her Instagram is KPBrilliance if you want to see her portfolio. You can tell, she not only knows what she’s doing on all hair types but she’s also passionate about it. My hair stylist for the last 8 years was also an Ulta Girly in the Philadelphia area. I mainly trust Ulta girlies with my hair & beauty needs. I’ve never had a bad hair or brow service when I put my trust in an Ulta girly. But as I will be moving in with my boyfriend in the coming months, I wanted to find someone closer to him. I’m so glad I was able to find someone so amazing so quickly! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Madison at Ulta is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and gave honest recommendations that actually worked for me. I never felt rushed or pressured — just supported. Her positive energy and professionalism made my shopping experience so enjoyable. Ulta is lucky to have her, and I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Madison again!

I went to shop here on my birthday and I found the employees to be very selective with who they wanted to assist. I usually get asked if I need help with anything ( and 9/10 I do!) but this location seemed to cater to other customers. Also when I put my phone number in at the register I usually get a birthday gift every year but this year the employee didn’t mention it and then when I looked at my receipt I had rewards I could use that were not offered. I prefer the Ulta in Woodbury - their employees seem so much more attentive and better customer service.

I visited the store this past Sunday with my mom, and Madison was by far the most helpful associate we’ve encountered at any Ulta. She was an excellent listener, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and was incredibly knowledgeable. She gave multiple product recommendations and shade matched us perfectly. Madison went above and beyond to ensure we felt confident in our purchases, and her customer service made a lasting impression.

Went to this location today (it’s my closest Ulta) and am disappointed with the employees. My sister and I walked in a little before 8 knowing the TWO decals of store hours on the front windows say it closes at 9 PM from Monday to Saturday. I checkout and my sister is still browsing at 8:03; one of the employees says to her, “hi we’re closed now”. With my previous retail experience, I do believe this approach could’ve been handled better but that’s besides the point. I ask the girl at the register, “the store doesn’t close at 9?” She says “no” so I mention that the front of the store saying otherwise and she denies it saying that. I understand the store is closing at 8 but to boldly just deny the fact the hours are misrepresented in TWO places on the front windows is bold. Maybe the employ
