I had the most pleasant exchange of customer service that I’ve experienced in a while. I purchased some blush that I thought was on sale but when I checked my receipt they were not. Thankfully I hadn’t left the store yet. I told a Sales Associate (who I didn’t know was the manager) and she walked me over to where the products were and showed me exactly which blush was on sale. Needless to say it was not any of the ones I had purchased. However, Lana, without being prompted told me she would honor the sale price for one of the blushes I had purchased. It really did bring a smile to my face because I love when stores get it right! Just that small gesture made me want to leave a review. Thanks again Lana!

I’ve lived just 2 minutes from this Ulta for 9 years, and unfortunately, the service has been getting worse with every visit. The only reason I still go is the convenient location. Customer service here is very poor. Asking for help to find a product they claim is in stock takes forever just to get acknowledged, let alone assisted. Staff aren’t friendly and often walk past you as if you don’t exist. I’ve never been to a store where I felt like I was begging and my money didn’t matter. The managers are no better than the line employees, so don’t expect any improvement from them. This location clearly needs proper customer service training. Unfortunately, this was not a great experience. I drove 20 minutes to pick up a perfume that was listed as in stock, only to leave without it. It took a long time to find an associate who could help me locate the item. When I finally did, he told me he would check the back and asked me to wait. Instead, he began assisting another customer. After waiting about 10 minutes, he returned with that customer to the area where I was standing and continued showing her additional products, without acknowledging me or following up on his promise to check the back. I understand that the holiday season is busy, but the lack of communication and acknowledgment was quite rude.

Im here for a pick up order. I work in the service industry so I know about shortages of staff and busy times.. but the poor girl at the front was drowning. She needed help and it was several employees on the floor who were standing around talking amongst each other while the line wrapped around the store and no one helped. The girl Even asked One of the women to help with the pick up orders and she responded “I’m sorry, I can’t” and went back to laughing and talking with the other employees. They were not with a customer from what I could see. That type of teamwork is unacceptable. I’m highly disappointed in what I witnessed.

Ulta Beauty in the Morrisville location is the only store that my sister, Kim and I go to! All the employees are FABULOUS 👌 👏 and HELPFUL ALWAYS! I buy all of my Bare Minerals Products from there! I go to their Ulta Beauty Guest Services for my many hair appointments! 😍 Master Hairstylist, Jaclyn, "Jackie" did first shampoo, cut, and style! Jackie used both of Jennifer Anniston's shampoo and conditioner! As she cut my hair, I actually feel dead asleep in the stylist 😴 💺 chair! She asked my sister Kim if I was okay! Kim laughed 😅 and told Jackie that I was relaxed and feel asleep 😴 💤 😌! Jackie cut my hair in good Faith believing that I didn't die!
