Salon, EMILY. I came into the salon a few weeks ago as a first time customer with very, very damaged and very miss colored hair. I had made the mistake a few years ago of dying my hair red when I’ve always worn it platinum blonde, and I tried everything at home to get rid of the red, but it just would not go away. So I started to just bleach my roots blonde as they came in and I sure wasn’t very good at that. It was a mess. I met with Emily, and she had all kinds of ideas. To be honest, I never expected to walk out with the head of hair that I did. Despite the fact that the lower lengths of my hair are still somewhat a little red, And my roots were a mixture of bleach blonde and dark brown, she was somehow able to bleach and blend my the upper regions of my hair, into my slightly red hair.

Just had my brows waxed today by Virtue 🤗she did an AMAZING job! She is so gentle and so sweet. She explained everything so well and listened to everything I asked her about the shaping and what I was thinking of♥️ I love my brows! Virtue is a blessing to your company 🥰 and to all customers. Thank you Ulta for her😉oh my goodness I forgot….. there was no pain or skin irritation 🙌🏽 her work area is clean too💖

Went in 02/27/2026 at 5:15pm. Extremely disappointed in the lack of concern for helping guests in store; and they closed early for what apparent reason. Was going to buy $200+ worth of perfume/cologne; needed separate transactions. Couldn’t get associate help because they were too busy walking away. Had to request cashier to help and was told “yea the sizes and prices on these boxes are deceiving huh”; this comment immediately made be change my mind on my other separate purchase. Before exiting all associates were sat staring me down prior to exiting the building. I will be cancelling my ulta credit card as soon as possible.

Virtue was amazing. She was so kind and professional while helping me with my lashes. I have never been able to do lashes and she’s helped me SO much. Such a great experience.

I went into Ulta with my bestie tonight and the ladies working (Sydnee, Ari and Patience) were incredible. Super friendly, super helpful, and gave the best recommendations! I cannot wait to try the Tatcha products recommended by Ari!
