I’ve been going to see Katie at the Salon for about 2 years now! Can’t recommend her enough, she always does such a great job! She really gets to know you personally and your preferences even though I may have some unrealistic expectations sometimes she works with me and shows me an outcome I love. I always leave feeling gorgeous 🩷 Thank You Katie !!

I decided to go to Ulta today with my daughters. I approached one of the Sales associates to ask her a question about a coupon offer. She didn’t seem to have any knowledge, and when I asked her where to find more information she shrugged her shoulders..and when I asked her if she could point us in the direction to find someone that could help us she shrugged her shoulders again! Honestly, I’ve had better Customer Service at Walmart! Please train your employees to have some basic Customer Service skills. I’m not sure what her problem was? Maybe she just doesn’t like herself and she’s intimidated by beautiful women.. She’s working in the wrong store if that’s the case.

I come in this store almost every week. I’m new to the area but walking in just makes me so happy. It’s the first time my local Ulta is always organized and stocked. I’m always greeted and everyone who I’ve ever asked a question to is always so kind and helpful. The one time I thought something I really wanted was out of stock, someone found it in the back. Thank you Mooresville Ulta team for being the best and brightening my day every time I come!

Service was great but stood in line 40 minutes for my wife to buy make up

Tiffani did my hair in the salon last week, and let me just say she is amazing! She got my hair to the perfect blonde tone I was looking for, she styled it beautifully and she was so nice to talk to! I rebooked with her before we were even finish! She’s fabulous and I highly recommend her!
