The moment I walked into this Ulta, I should’ve known. Three employees saw me enter and none greeted me or offered assistance, yet customers who did not look like me were acknowledged and helped. I stood in the store for 10–15 minutes before finally being offered help by a kind young lady who I believe was the lead associate or manager. I expressed my disappointment but thanked her. I continued shopping, found everything I came in for (and more), and went to check out. During checkout, I asked a simple question about an item labeled “cotton candy,” and the associate ringing me up initially seemed fine helping figure it out. The issue started at the very end. I really enjoyed my time here! All associates are so friendly and helpful. The manager Zoe was super welcoming and knowledgeable about what she was talking about. I’ve always been to the ulta in Norman but will definitely be coming back to this one! I never make reviews but the service here was really exceptional!

I went in with my friend a week ago and the team members immediately assumed we were stealing. We both have worked retail and know what precautions salespeople make in order to ensure inventory control. They used these exact steps on us when we weren’t stealing and had no desire to steal. I don’t want a ginormous shopping tote that I have to carry around for the one tiny Milani powder I planned on buying.
