I had the absolute BEST experience with Claire and Thomas at the Ulta Beauty salon! From start to finish, the service was completely top-tier. I went in for a color and cut and got exactly what I asked for — actually, even better. Claire truly listened and delivered. Not only did Claire nail my hair, but they also helped me find every product I needed — from hair care to makeup — making my shopping experience much easier while my hair toned. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! You can walk in and just see how much they love their jobs. I’m always greeted with a smile and promptly helped. They’ve also always been so kinda to both my children. I will always make the drive to the Montgomery location for the spectacular customer experience and the way they go out of their way for their clients.

I came into Ulta yesterday and was expecting at least a greeting, but sadly didn’t receive one which is disappointing, especially because it’s not the first time it’s happened. I really hope customer service improves. When I went to check out, I was actually excited since it’s my birthday month and you get a freebie. There was a small issue at the register holding up the line, which I didn’t mind at all things like that happen. There were about three employees up front trying to help, and then Samille came over to check me out. Still no greeting, and her attitude felt like she didn’t want to be there. Ella was absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly knowledgeable about her job and took the time to answer all of my questions with confidence and care. On top of that, she was so sweet and genuinely kind, down to earth which made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Her excellent customer service truly stood out, and she made me feel valued as a customer. Ulta is lucky to have her—I’ll definitely be back because of Ella!

The manager, Heather, and another associate were incredibly patient and kind while helping me with an issue involving gift cards. Their customer service went above and beyond, and any company should be proud to have these two ladies on their team!
