Ulta Beauty

I went to ulta monroeville today to get all over highlights. My hair was a dark brown and I wanted to achieve a lighter blonde all over. Michelle was very thorough with our consultation and very generous with the highlights. She didn’t skip one section. She Considered the integrity of my hair and brought me up to a lighter shade without damaging my hair any further (than I had at home). The other stylists were so kind and made me feel welcome. Good vibes 💕

I went in last week to pick out a last minute Christmas gift for my fiancé. I thought I had my mind made up but was a little disappointed in myself for not finding something new and exciting. I talked with one of the associates, Andrea, and she lead me to a different fragrance line she thought would be a perfect match. We both absolutely love the new scent (Burberry HERO Eau de Parfum) and Andrea was so lovely and helpful. She got me set up with some samples and wrapped the gift with a Burberry bag all nice. Just wanted to give her a shoutout because she deserves it, she was outstanding.

i went in to find my shade in the rem beauty concealer line and had gotten help from the nicest guy ever. he was so helpful and found the literal perfect match for me so quickly — i’m still amazed. i wish i had gotten his name to put in this review but he had the most gorgeous blowed out hair ever if that helps!! such a friendly worker & i’m so happy with the concealer :)

We had an appointment to get make up done, when we got there the lady wasn't available, so someone said she would do my daughter's make up. She was ok, but my daughter had to put some of her own make up on because the cosmotologist ( as she claimed) couldn't do it , she said my daughter's eye is twitching ( it wasnt), so my daughter did some more herself. My daughter got her hair curled also, it turned out very nice. I was a little upset that my daughter had to do her own makeup and were paying $70 to get it done. I asked for manager, she was very nice, she gave me a little money off for our experience. Over all it wasn't bad. I would go back.

I was in this location to purchase make up and fragrances for a Winter Fundraiser event. With a budget of 5k to spend!!!!!!! I kindly asked for a little assistance with the fragrances since they are locked up and the girl at the counter said someone will be with shortly. I patiently waited for 10+ minutes and no one arrived in the fragrance area. So I asked another young lady with a badge on could she help me. She said no sorry I'm helping someone else. I stood for another 5 minutes and a store manager ignored me trying to get her attention for assistance. At this point I'm over the rudeness at this location. There was only 5 people in line with 3 registers open.. so how busy are you to loose out on at 5k sale, plus my own personal purchases that are never shy of $500.. I will definitely n
