Ulta Beauty

Had a haircut with Shannon, genuinely one of the best haircuts of my life. She gave me exactly what I was imagining, and took the time to recommend products and showed me where they were in the store. Highly recommend!!

I've come to this Ulta for years and I must say since all of the new hires it is for sure not the same. Was basically snubbed twice maybe some customer service classes would help I mean we are there to spend money!

This Ulta always has some of the nastiest sales associates. I'm in retail too and if you hate helping people, don't do retail

I was very impressed with Ulta beauty. When I went in, there was somebody to help me and she immediately took me to the items that I needed to get. She was fast and efficient and extremely helpful. Also had a smile on her face and was very pleasant. This is definitely a place. I will shop in the future due to the excellent level of customer service. Checking out was also very simple and very pleasant. The girl at the register was very nice and sociable.

Store has really become a disappointment. Not greeted by a single associate until we were at the register to leave. We were in the store over 45 minutes and passed by several associates without a single acknowledgement. The store was in disarray with stocking material like I have never seen previously. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1, is because of Gianna at the cash register. She was incredibly polite, efficient and professional dealing with a return and a line of customers . I realize it is a Thursday before the holidays, but it was busy, not excessively so.
