Casey did a great job on my daughter’s “lob”. She was so sweet and took time talking to her and even curled it! Cut is precious! Kayla did my eyebrows (tint and thread). They look awesome!!!!! We had a fun mommy daughter date getting pampered!

I had a wonderful experience today at Ulta Beauty! Shauntee did my deep conditioning and haircut, and she was amazing throughout the entire process. She was gentle, kind, and kept checking to make sure I was comfortable. I truly appreciated her care and attention. Highly recommend her!

I used to be a Sephora girly but recently switched over to an Ulta girl due to the amazing staff here! They didn’t have what I normally go for but they were amazing at providing different options which now have me hooked on a totally different brand! I am loving the Stila collection! The lady at the store provided me with an amazing tip on how to make the green in my eyes pop and WOW! What an amazing experience and what an amazing staff this location has!

Hands down the the best professional experience!! Margaret in Monroe, Ga is amazing, intuitive, and patient. Margaret was able to advise and demonstrate best color choices for make-up with application education and best skincare products suitable for my skin. Will make this my preferred location :)

I normally stop in to this Ulta to pick up needed makeup products or perfumes. For context my house is closer to snellville and I make it a point to Monroe for the pleasantries. Unfortunately, the last three times, we have noticed that we are well received by the ladies behind the counter but when it comes to getting help on the floor (especially in the $$$ make up department) not even a beep. Near the perfume the girls by the perfume/ hair department are 🤌🏼💋. But it always seems to disconnect in the make-up section. No eye contact, no smiles, no “do you need help?”. And the times I’ve asked for guidance it seems rushed. Yesterday just seemed like everyone was invisible or they keep in their groups cackling forever about tons of personal chat, and the occasional “I see you-but will pretend
