Felt very welcome to the store as I was greeted immediately as I entered. Plenty of staff on hand and had no issue getting assistance to help me find a product that my wife was in need of. The cashiers were very upbeat and very friendly and made sure I found everything I needed to make my experience that much better. I’ll definitely be stopping by again. Love that we now have an Ulta in Moline. Closer to home is always a plus.

I visited the store about 3 weeks ago and was really pleased. it was a quiet time of day, the store was bright and clean, well organized. I bought a perfume for my daughter and tested a few others. The staff were SO HELPFUL! I was going to buy a second perfume but it wasn't in stock and the staff looked everywhere for me! The only down side is they were a bit out of stock for several items. I was shocked I wasn't stalked more in the perfume isle as so many stores have their perfumes stolen. It's hard to even sample fragrances anymore. This is my plug for if you feel stalked at a beauty store in the perfume isle: get over it.

It has only been about a week since this location has opened and I already don't plan on returning. While I understand the staff may be doing their job, there's a clear difference between providing good customer service and making a customer feel uneasy. The woman with the blue hair and the other with black hair and glasses made sure to make my visit unpleasant and unwelcoming with their aggressive question asking and standing less than a foot away from me while I tested some makeup products (which are intended to be tested). I mention this because I did not see the staff doing this to other customers, which makes me think it's a matter of discrimination.

I had my hair done by the stylist I believe her name was Kelly. She did a wonderful cut on my hair that had been previously chopped to bits by another stylist who I don’t think knew how to cut thick hair with layers. I left feeling beautiful and my blowout was superb. I will definitely return to book with her. She was super friendly and chatty which I like if I’m sitting in a chair forever. So glad I don’t have to cross the river. I actually think our store is more beautiful. I left this review on the wrong location, because when you google Davenport only comes up. I hope this found the right home! Wonderful friendly staff as well.

Me and my friends wanted to check out the location because it recently had opened so it was clear that we would be in the store for awhile because we were checking out their selections. I'm not sure if that is the reason why the employees began observing us, but we ignored them and went to go check out. Only one of us ended up buying things because the rest of us did not find what we were looking for. It wasn't until me and my 2 friends were waiting on my other friend to checkout that 2 employees were surrounding us, one in the front and one in the back. I did not realize until the one in the back of us came up to me and asked if we found anything we liked. I replied with a no and a smile and she followed up with asking me, "are you sure?", giving me a passive aggressive tone. I again repl
