I want to give kudos to all the employees who helped me at this location. I traveled from 3.5 hours away for a concert & realized I unfortunately left all my makeup & hair tools at home. I had to buy most of my products, but several employees were so kind enough to help me with foundation samples, use of eyeliner and eyelash curler so I was concert ready! Ms. Diane fixed my hair and I received so many compliments at the show! This team was so kind and accommodating.

Katelynn did a Phenomenal job with my wife the other day. She has had not so great experiences in the past with Ulta. But she came home happy and excited about her makeup. She said she walked her through every step and let her test each of the products before buying. She also said she was super nice and patient with her as she was trying to learn. Overall 5/5 star experience. That girl deserves a raise!

I’m married, and, like many women, I haven’t seriously put much effort into my appearance in a while. Life, work, responsibilities — you know how it goes. But I decided it was time to remind myself (and yes, my husband too) that I still have it. Freda understood the assignment. Her color match was flawless. Her technique was polished and professional. She created a look that was elevated, confident, and absolutely radiant — but still felt like me. Last night was the first time I ever stepped foot in a ulta beauty store and Amber was beyond helpful and the sweetest person ever, she helped me with everything I needed for a full face of good quality makeup, helped me with my perfect shade of skin color, the best mascara, eye liner all that! even showed me the best perfumes, she was even sweet to my 6 year old daughter! It takes a special kind of person to be a kind hearted people person with patience because in this day and age we just don’t have much of that in the world anymore.

I had an amazing experience at Ulta thanks to Lauren! She truly went above and beyond, patiently walking me through every question I had and explaining each product in detail. She spent a good 45 minutes to an hour with me, making sure I felt confident in building my makeup lineup. Her sweet demeanor and thorough guidance made the whole experience fantastic. I can’t recommend her enough!
