Izzy helped me out today. She was kind and knowledgable. She was busy doing something else and took the time out to assist me with my needs. I'm not sure of the lady who checked me out but she was also very sweet.

Can't recommend Melissa S. in the salon enough!! I've been going to her for years for all my vibrant hair color whims and she's fabulous with color!! She also did my first pixie cut! She always tries her best to get the look you want but she's also honest about what is possible/achievable based on where you hair is at so your expectations are clear. If you're looking for a new stylist, book an appointment with her! You won't be disappointed!

I never do reviews but for the sake of my frustration honestly. I go to this location bc it’s super close to home but if only the employees and managers would at least pretend to be nice decent people. I walk in and no greeting ofc wtv it’s happened already ago im used to it here. I go in for some foundation and it’s out of stock, so I ask a lady politely if there was any left, keep in mind I’m with my sister we love Ulta and the lady is just terribly RUDE, she responds with “what” like damn who ruined your day? Geez. She bends down opens a cabinet and takes out the correct shade. I say thanks so much and she walks away not having said a word. This Ulta off Hwy 6 is now my go to location. The store is clean and has everything presented nicely. The staff are friendly and are willing to help. Olly was the staff member that helped me. She knew her perfumes very well and could tell me everything I needed to know about them. I couldn’t ask for a better sales rep. Great job Olly.

This by far is the worst ulta salon. The attitudes is horrible as well as the service and management. Joanna the salon manager definitely needs a customer service class on learning how to treat customers dear if it wasn't for us customers not one of you would receive a single penny bi-weekly. Ulta GM it's time to make a change at this location
