I just had the best experience at the new Ulta in Miramar Beach! The ladies there are all very helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for all new makeup and Enery was amazing! She recommended different brands and price points. New Year, new look for me!

Everyone is so friendly at this ulta compared to others i’ve been to in the area, not only are they friendly but very professional. Happy to know an Ulta with the sweetest beauty advisors to go to now…it’s unfortunate to see customers comment rudely under the reviews after seeing how outrageous some customers were treating the girls in black friday. Like I said— they know how to be professional

Since the day they opened and every time i walk in the customer service has always been helpful. I always get welcomed in and my transactions are always nice and easy. I never have an issue with any of the workers or managers, and everyone is super sweet and friendly. Love this ulta !!! 🤍

Really weird experience here. Was in the store for ten minutes plus before being greeted but was stared at the whole time. Multiple associates had made eye contact without saying hello. One nice young lady spoke to me finally and helped me find out if something was on sale (thank you, miss). At this point a woman who is obviously a manager just starts staring at me. I tried to use a coupon but got mixed information about how to use it which resulted in my taking longer at the register which not only made me feel bad for the other customers but also resulted in my running out of time to continue shopping before work. I was excited to see this place open but I wont be back if this is the experience I can expect. Not fun at all.

I was so excited to go to this new location and I will never go back ! I had my small child with me and she had to potty bad . I couldn’t shop until she could potty . I couldn’t find a restroom and asked a employee . She went and asked the manager who made up a story and said that they didn’t have a key to the bathroom . Then when I got upset , she then tells me to use the bathroom . Not at all sincere. So she had looked me in the eye and lied to my face . I have a house full of girls and we spend thousands of dollars at ULTA . I will never return here ! You need to do better ! Customer service is absolutely horrible at this location so we are going to Sephora !!! The store manager needs to be taught how to treat customers ! Horrible atmosphere and horribly managed !
