I had a consultation with Rachel about 2 weeks before my Curly Hair cut. I was quoted 72$ by Rachel. Rachel expressed to me during our consult that my hair would need layers to fill it out and that the haircut I had was just too bulky.The day I called to make my appointment I spoke with somebody at the front counter and was quoted $72 again but then said they were going to add a $10 deep conditioning treatment and that if I did not do that they would remove it from my service fee. I would honestly say there was not much cutting done as Rachel showed me. It was just literally the ends of the ends that she was removing. I cant begin to tell you how amazing everyone is at this Ulta (Merritt Island)! So helpful and knowledgeable! Nyx is so unbelievably sweet! I always leave here with less money, but my face hurts from smiling so much! Im do thankful they opened here, but even more thankful for the incredible people they have staffing this location!! I wish I could give you more stars!!

Ulta can sometimes be hit or miss. Either you’re followed around the store or can’t find anyone to help. I’m not the best with makeup and usually struggle with color matching, so I almost placed an online order to avoid the awkwardness of in person shopping (or worse, being ignored when I actually need help). But, I really needed the in-person foundation shade matching, and I’m so glad I decided to stop by instead! Within 20 seconds of walking in, Nyx approached me and offered to help with the shade matching for the foundation and concealor. She also helped me with bronzer, contouring, lips, eyes, and skincare. She was patient, easy to talk to, and explained each product in a way that made total sense to me. I truly needed this makeup and skincare routine and I'm so happy Nyx was able to h

I was so excited to hear that Ulta opened a new location in Merritt Island, and I’ve already been there twice. Each visit was a great experience. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. When I couldn’t find the shade of foundation I usually use, one of the employees kindly went to the stockroom and brought it out for me—such thoughtful service! I also had some questions about skincare products, and the staff were very patient and helpful. They really took the time to understand what I needed and helped me find exactly the right items. One thing that impressed me the most was the return process. Last Saturday, I bought two foundations that I already owned, thinking there was a “buy one, get the second at 50% off” deal.
