On Tuesday, I visited this location to find a new foundation and concealer, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mia. She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly throughout the entire process. Mia took the time to understand my needs and expertly helped me find the perfect shades for both products. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made the experience truly enjoyable, and I greatly appreciated her patience and dedication to ensuring I left feeling confident in my choices. Mia provided exceptional customer service, and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking guidance in finding the right products.

While the workers are consistently friendly and welcoming, the manager displays a noticeably negative attitude. He often appears annoyed, disengaged, and uninterested in being present, which creates an uncomfortable and unmotivating environment.

So glad they made an Ulta Beauty near my city rather than driving 25-30mins to my nearest Ulta Beauty. Great staff that helped with my problem and seemed genuinely interested in finding a solution. The checkout staff was also nice and quick. Thank you and will be returning here rather than other Ulta Beauties.

I had an issue and the worker needed a managers help, the manager automatically come with attitude. Just speaking loudly to me and in a nasty tone. Worker was very sweet and helpful however due to the manager my experience was ugly.

Everyone was so kind and helpful the moment I stepped into the store! Shoutout to Esmer! She helped me SOOOOOO much! I don’t know much of doing my makeup and I just want to say Esmer went above and beyond to help me and explain steps to me of what I need and what to do. I greatly appreciate her kindness and patience with me! Would absolutely keep returning!
