Visited this location for the first time and customer service was very disappointing. Staff seemed uninterested in helping and came across a rude and impatient employee when I asked for assistance with perfumes. The interaction felt dismissive rather than welcoming, which made the experience uncomfortable. For a brand-new store, I expected a much more professional and friendly atmosphere. First impressions matter, and I hope management addresses customer service moving forward.

I had such a wonderful experience at the new Ulta! The store is beautiful, clean, and fully stocked, and the team was very welcoming from the moment I walked in. Sofie did my blowout and absolutely nailed it — she was professional, attentive, and made sure my hair looked flawless. I left feeling confident and taken care of. Definitely recommend booking with her for all your hair needs!

For the store being a new Ulta and just in business a few weeks ago it looks dirty. I mean some of the shopping bags you carry around looked dirty and one of them had makeup on it that we ended up staining our clothes. I kept looking for makeup remover solution and there was none the bottles were empty and the testers were almost all empty. There were also only 2 cashiers at the registers with a very long line. I don’t blame the cashiers they are doing their best and the ladies were nice. There were a lot of options when it came to products. The most viral like rare beauty I expected it to be sold out.

No variety for merced..they sell the same prestige brands as sephora..the turlock store is alot bigger and has alot more variety..workers have attitude like they have been open for over a year and they are burnt out..new store should have new energy..the employee vibe here lacks..were these ppl hired in a hurry? How did so many miserable women managed to get hired for one store?

I walked in today around 3pm and not a single associate acknowledged my existence, nor asked if they could help me. I browsed for a bit, as it was my first time, but ultimately went to Target to spend my $100+ there instead. As I walked out, they welcomed other customers. It felt like an awkward, almost discriminating experience.
