I went in completely lost on what lip combo to do for my wedding and Ponette came to save the day! She was very patient with me and gave me her real opinion which I was super appreciative of. She made me feel confident about my lip color choice and I cannot wait to wear it for my wedding. I’ll definitely be asking for Ponette for all of my future needs. Go see her if you want to look and feel beautiful!

I'll give it two stars because it carries good products and I like ultra and I never leave bad reviews but this was the worst shopping experience I have had in a long long time. I was so excited to go and get a whole new everything like I do for myself every other birthday but when I was there there were several employees that never offered help but in fact just gave snarky side eye the whole time where I didnt even feel welcome. I grabbed some setting spray I like and got out of there. I love ultra and have never had an experience like this before at ANY location but to be fair I'd never been to this location before. I was in town a few weeks ago and went to Ulta with one of my besties to get some skincare products. I was standing near the salon and noticed the stylists on duty. I went to the counter and Brandy came over and answered my questions about their services, specifically the silk press and a hair trim. I called the next day to make an appointment. When I tell you that Brandy did an amazing job! This was my first silk press that actually looked silky, shiny, and lasted more than a few days. My hair is silky, bouncy, and because my hair had extreme damage from not being properly trimmed by a previous stylist, I had to get a significant amount cut off. Now, it looks and feels healthy, my hair doesn’t tangle when I comb through it. I will definitely be sitting in her chair again when I come home

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I walked in to do a pick up order today and waited patiently to be helped. The young lads asked me was I there to be checked out. I told her I was there for a pick up order. She stated I don’t want you to think I was ignoring you but you are waiting at the wrong side. ????? And she made a motion with her hand I should go around I’m basically at the wrong end. That should have not mattered !!! as I told her there was no sign to give directions on which way to enter . She proceeded to tell me usually there is a line showing which way to go. I proceeded to go around and did my pick up order. Upon completion of that another party was at the same entrance I was and she proceeds to tell them “oh did you need help I can help you”???? I asked h

I had an awful experience using the salon at the Ulta Poplar Commons location on 11/20. I went there trying to get prepared for my birthday vacation. I can’t type everything in here so I uploaded my notes below. I’m so disappointed, sad and frustrated by the experience and the energy I felt while leaving. I was expecting to leave happy and confident after getting my hair done which I barely do. Spending my money and being satisfied. I left feeling unsatisfied, hustled lowkey, and just not feeling beautiful.
