This is the first time in a long time shopping in store. It was disappointing to say the least. I went in looking for a specific product which I found pretty easily. I also wanted to look for some new under eye cream. I was approached by a woman who offered to help. She brought me to the probably the most expensive eye cream in the store. I believe it was about $90. This was out of my budget and I asked if she had a less expensive suggestions. Mind you I was willing to spend around $50 for some eye cream and the product I was going to buy was $34. She then looked at me with almost disgust and suggested I go to the drugstore. I went in for help matching makeup. Post-chemo none of my makeup was working for me. Caroline helped me. She was very patient, helped me pick across several brands and matched a shade that works for me. She was knowledgeable and also very kind. Highly recommend

I am a platinum customer and always get my hair and eyebrows done at Ulta but today’s experience left alot of disappointment. Never do your hair at Ulta with someone that is apparently still learning and has the educator here with them….I am not an experiment…for that I would have done the box color at home. My white/gray were not covered in prime areas…the hair feels dull and not shiny…I have beautiful thick long hair and he could not even blow dry it well enough…it still was wet with residue in the back of my head and nape… Then I just wanted to pay and get out of there…the manager said I needed to touch it up now with some gel because the educator was there and could do it…I sat for 30 more minutes and no one addressed me until I got up to go…Then I was incredibly embarrassed to sit b

I recently started going to this location when I needed to switch makeup brands. The main issue I have is with the male employee wearing full makeup. It’s uncomfortable for me and I realize that’s my personal issue. I have started to do curbside pick up so I don’t have to go into the store.

I had an amazing experience, Kayla really helped me find some good products for my hair type and some good tips and tricks to help with my Irish curls also at the registers Ashley was wonderful as well she took good care of the products I was purchasing also offered the Ulta beauty credit card which I believe it was 20% off my purchase if I were to accept unfortunately, I didn’t accept, but I still had a wonderful experience all around everyone there was so nice and welcoming
