NOT IMPRESSED. My prior visit back in May was great, but this trip was horrible. No greeting when I walked in, all the staff were standing around yapping at the registers. One gal (no name tag) didn't seem one bit interested in even being there and acted annoyed when another employee directed her to help me. She took me to an end cap and she was so dingy and unengaged the gal that told her to help me came and took over. THAT GIRL grabbed one single product off the shelf and attempted to sell it to me. (Which was opposite of what I actually asked for). One option only. Nothing else. Last time I was there the girl that helped me spent the time to show me multiple products. This chick was like, "Here, use this" and that was it. In addition to the awful service the girl's attire was horrible.

Ulta has me in a chokehold and I’m not even mad about it. From skincare to haircare to makeup I don’t even need but suddenly can’t live without Ulta is my happy place. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and honestly feels like a candy shop for grown-up glow-ups. ✨ The staff? Sweet, helpful, and always ready to recommend something that becomes my new favorite. Rewards points? Dangerous. I blink and I’m halfway to Diamond status. Let’s be real I walked in for mascara and walked out with a full haul and a new identity. Obsessed isn’t even the word. Ulta is self-care, retail therapy, and main character energy all in one. 💅🛍️💄

I’ve been a loyal customer of this store since opening, and loved my past experiences- which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one. However, after months of not being able to be able to afford new makeup I was SO excited to wander the store and look around and find some new things. I was dressed well, and friendly to staff, however, the entire time we were there an employee stood by the door GLARING at us. I felt so uncomfortable and discouraged by their very clear distrust, so I decided only get my necessities and leave rather than enjoy my time and find new things to buy. I wasn’t even angry, but felt incredibly discouraged by the experience and tried to call the store and kindly, calmly relay my experience to employees. I often get uncomfortable going into ulta because I've never been a girly make up girl. I do have a few core products I've come to depend on like Paul mitchell tea tree line etc. An associate named Tyler I think was super helpful, greeted me and identified themselves as a "skin expert" they helped me find a new product that I actually love called "mad hippy". THANKS TYLER! I scored a new lip tint I also love. The girl at the register looked at me and Said "you know that's not the one on sale?" She sounded irritated. I usually drop about 200 to 250 when I go in there so that thought didn't even cross my mind. Moving forward maybe let's not create a problem until there is one. Thanks so much

Absolutely unhelpful. I asked for help from a few different employees just to simply find one product and no one was helpful at all. I ended up just leaving and ordering it from Sephora instead because at least when I do shop at Sephora in person they have plenty of people willing to be helpful.
