Javi did such an amazing job on my hair, he really did his thang! My deep conditioning treatment brought my hair back to life. It feels so soft, healthy, and hydrated. I have always just used cost cutters or great clips, but decided to treat myself to a more salon feel without being overwhelmed. I have to say, I am so impressed! I have fine hair, and I do use heat on it so my hair does get damaged easily. I set up an appointment with Javier and he will be my go to going forward! I showed him what I wanted, explained to him that I wanted to keep as much length as possible, and when he was done, my hair looked exactly like the photo inspiration! He explained every product that he was using and what it does, and was so kind with everything, totally understood that I was nervous because I was going for something different. I was so impressed that I hugged him afterwards!

First off my daughter had a couple of faded highlights from 2 years ago If we did box colors why would I be here i would just dye my daughter's hair myself. Went to the store at 6pm on 11/10/25 and was looking to establish a new make-up routine with new products and a complete overhaul from my previous routine. I was in the store for over 30 minutes and not one employee acknowledged me as a customer or asked if I needed help or finding anything. I spent the 30 minutes online trying to figure out what products I needed to compliment my skin tone, hair, and eye color. I ended up mentioning this at check out that I was surprised that there was no one in the store to offer any assistance or check in on customers and their excuse was that there was only two employees there, the store associate and the store manager. Wild that the store manager didn't make any contact. After I checked out I stopped by Sephora to see if there was someone there that w

So I Visited ulta today to purchase a couple things for my wife. And the cashier Ashley decided to help us out with checkout. Then we gave her a BRAND NEW gift card and Ashley RIPPED the pin off the card it. then she gave it to my daughter and tried to blame it on my daughter and my daughter is 10 YEARS OLD!! and then proceeds to say she’s not taking liability for ruining the card. Very unprofessional. Wouldn’t even apologize, then tried explaining to her manager in front of my face how she didn’t do it. And blame it on my daughter AGAIN. Called her store manager over to help us then Ashley walked away didn’t apologize at all whatsoever Most unprofessional person I’ve ever had to deal with and I own my own company if I treated my customers the way she treated us I’d be out of business.
