Hubby bought this perfume for my birthday yesterday afternoon (picture to show original box and shrink wrap it came in). I went to open it last night for a birthday dinner and it was more than half empty. Flash forward to this afternoon (less than 24 hours later) when I brought everything in to exchange it for a full bottle. Angela, the store manager pretty much implied that I used more than half a bottle (in one night) and wouldn't return it. Angela told me I could call Ulta customer service, which I did in the parking lot and customer service told me to walk back into the store and hand my phone to another manager. I did, received eye rolls and snickers, and that manager basically told customer service that she has the final say and handed me back the phone. Customer service sent me

I had such an amazing experience with Lexy at Lancôme inside Ulta Beauty! She made me feel seen, heard, and absolutely beautiful. She is incredibly knowledgeable about skincare and makeup, and she took the time to recommend products that truly fit my darker skin type and goals instead of just trying to sell me anything. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail really stand out. She explains everything so clearly and makes the entire experience feel luxurious and personalized. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and cares about her clients. If you’re looking for someone who will ELEVATE your beauty routine and make you feel confident walking out the door, Lex is your girl. 10/10 experience!!! I’ll definitely be back!

I was so sad to find out that Tahereh from the Brow bar was no longer working at Ulta. She is outstanding and I wouldn’t trust my brows to anyone else.. From what I understand, a belligerent customer was the reason she was let go. Anyone who knows Tahereh knows she is so kind and professional. It’s just shocking that they would do that to her. Anyway, I found out where Tahereh’s new studio is and I wanted to pass it on to anyone who would like to continue to see her. It may not be allowed here but Ulta did her wrong and I’m trying to help because she is a doll snd is very good at what she does.

Echoing other reviews, I would not recommend visiting this store, ordering online or going to another location may be a better option. The management team is often confrontational and seems to lack basic customer service skills. The store rarely restocks items, with certain shelves consistently empty (hair styling) and testers almost never replaced. Quality control is also an issue, as roughly one out of every three products I purchase ends up being defective. Customer service at the front can feel dismissive; recently one particular associate leslie that was assisting me was very shut down, and spoke in a annoyed way as if she would rather quit than be there. Additionally, many of my favorite stylists have left over time, which suggests there may be deeper underlying issues at this loca

JaKambria is my go to stylist for natural hair care. She’s very knowledgeable about hair and will educate you about your hair along the way. Gentle with how she treats your hair and final style meets my expectations every time! Customer service is superb, she has the personality that makes you gravitate to her. If you’re looking for a stylist within the area I highly recommend Kam!
