I absolutely LOVE Ashley!! Scheduled with her by recommendation and I was beyond pleased. I’ve never even been inside an Ulta, in fear of not even know where to go or what to look for. Ashley was personable from the second she asked for my name, from the time she took throughout the process to explain how to style my hair, THEN when we were done, took me and showed me what products she recommended for my hair. Other staff made me feel welcome, making small talk, and complimenting my curls before I walked out. But I couldn’t leave without taking up the offer of applying for an Ulta card, got approved AND got a discount. The first purchase had to go on the card and I didn’t even have to pay right away. I can not wait for more Ulta shopping and seeing my stylist Ashley again already. Two hour

I saw that my daughter could get a tinsel install for her birthday. The videos I saw were super cute and dainty pieces of tinsel in her hair. The stylist was 10 minutes late which isn’t a huge deal but still inconvenient. She explained nothing and just put 1 huge chunk on one side of my daughter’s hair and barely any on the other. I’m honestly shocked at how bad it was but I paid anyways at the front. The checkout clerk definitely looked frustrated when I told her I wasn’t leaving a tip for my stylist but this was just sloppy work. I paid $15 and immediately went home and attempted to fix it myself. Save yourself the $.

I don’t know. I don’t know about the Store, but the Salon services at the store. I’ve had the worst experience of my life. I am Indian and had an appointment with a Stylist for a haircut and treatment. I was 10 minutes late, so they said that they will only be able to do the haircut and not the treatment. The Stylist saw me and started making faces. She was not happy to see me there, probably, she didn’t like the way I look. She took me for hair wash, wet my hair when I asked her that I was really looking forward to a treatment and that if there is another person who can do the treatment after she’s done with the cut if not, it’s also fine. I wanted to get the haircut at least. She said that she will check and get back to me. I waited 10 minutes later. The Manager walks in and said that sh

I had a very disappointing experience at this Ulta location while trying to book a hair appointment. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. I’ve been to multiple Ulta locations before and never had this issue, so this was surprising. The customer service here is poor, and it felt like no one cared to help. I will not be coming back. The Midlothian and Waxahachie locations have far better staff who are friendly, professional, and actually care about their customers. I highly recommend going to one of those locations instead.

In my line of work, I dress professionally and confidently, and I don't believe that dressing down compromises my value as a customer. With over $300 spent on luxury fragrances and makeup, I expected Alexus to provide better treatment, but her rude and unhelpful attitude fell short. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I will continue to order online for better service.
