Went in for a color match. I’m not good with makeup, but knew I needed to do something different. My last experience was 15 years ago at the mall and not pleasant. Shout out to Sam who was so kind and patient. She helped me find several good foundation and blush colors. One of the colors was not available, but she had me tell them at the front to order it and have it shipped to my house. Thanks for all your time, Sam!

Sam at the benefit brow bar is the worst service “professional” I’ve ever come across. Not only is she rude and unpleasant but she doesn’t know HOW to do the one job she is supposed to do- brows! She had no idea how to determine what shade of brow tint to apply and we ended up going back and forth 4 times. Not only did she not listen to what I wanted for my own brows, but she left dye all over the sides of my face. I’ve never had that happen at any other Ulta location. Then she just WALKED away from me after I asked her to clean the dye off the sides of my face. It was so bad. She didn’t come back to help me until a nice employee (didn’t catch her name but she was wearing a white coat so I assume she work for clinique?) made her come back to fix me. I left that appointment Sunday and cried

Rebecca with Clinique is wonderful. I don't use much makeup and she was very helpful in finding something that would work for me. She helped with other products and ended up thinking the Lancôme might be best for me. Really honest and helpful. I will always come to this store now. I'll check to be sure she is working :-)

DO NOT DO YOUR EYEBROWS HERE!!!!! I would give zero stars if I could. My sister went in for eyebrow waxing and tinting and had one of the worst salon experiences we’ve ever encountered. The service was done over a hair sink, which was completely unprofessional. The “professional” clearly didn’t know what she was doing—wax was left in my sister’s hair, tint smeared all over her face, and instead of correcting it properly, she rubbed at her skin with alcohol wipes, leaving her irritated. When we brought this up the manager offered no help whatsoever. For a store like Ulta, this level of service is unacceptable. Customers deserve safe, competent services from trained professionals, and accountability when mistakes happen. I strongly urge anyone considering services here to think twice.

Jessica and her team are amazing. I came in to do some early holiday shopping and was unsure about what to get, they helped ensure I chose the right products as there were specific ones I needed to avoid any holiday disappointments. Thank you all so much!!
