I had such a great time with the team at ULTA today! 🥰 Victor immediately gave me a very warm welcome and pointed me in the right direction to get what I needed at the brow bar. From there, Tori generously educated me on how to shape my brows at home and gave me a glow-up with products I was interested in trying. While she did my brows, I talked with her about my hair, and she called over Jasmine from the salon to answer my questions. I needed a haircut anyway, so I spontaneously decided to get one from Jasmine. She did a wonderful job with my hair, and it was also very refreshing to speak with her. Afterward, Victor circled back to ensure I was happy with everything (I am!) and brought me to another product I was looking for. He also kindly gave me some personalized guidance for my skin &

I always have a good shopping experience at this Ulta location. Today I am posting to give a shoutout to Victor! I went in knowing I wanted to talk to someone about mascara. Victor listened to me about my past experiences and my current desires. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and not only showed me products, he was able to explain why they would work for me. I asked him a million questions and he not only knew the answers, he spent a long time with me talking all kinds of make up! I felt heard, educated, and excited to try my new products. From now on. when I enter the store, I will ask his opinion first!

I walked in tonight, January 10, 2026. I thought that a woman with darker hair was super nice and helpful. As I’m looking at the daily deals (I was planning on being very quick with my selections) a couple of women started packing up all the things that I was looking at in the daily deal section and I did want to purchase some of them. That was very disappointing and I was not planning on staying past 9 PM. I will take my business elsewhere or purchase online because that was so rude. I do really appreciate the woman who was nice and not trying to rush me out of the store. I had worked in retail for many years, so I was not trying to hold them past the time that they were scheduled until which was 9 PM. Very disappointing and I will not be returning to the store.
