I just visited today and mishelle was super rude. i was trying to pull up my code on the app for my birthday gift and she raised her voice saying i needed to do both, put the number in and find the barcode on my phone. After i finally did both i had mentioned that I also had a $10 off birthday coupon. she ignored that and tried to continue without adding the coupon. after the coupon was added she tried to give me my total again but i wanted to use my points on my purchase as well. she rolled her eyes and applied my points. im just saying the customer service was terrible and all excited to come in for my bday month you know? attitude is crazy. I am not a person who usually reviews any store for bad experience. But this was my worst experience ever and that too my first time visit to this store. Usually people in Washington are sweet and I am staying in this state since past 5 years and I never faced this kind of staff in a beauty store. So, here comes the incident that happened with me a week ago I visited this particular Ulta beauty store to return few of my online purchased items in store. As it was my first time and had don’t know where to return and waiting for my order number to show up and the reception inside the store is worse and I was unable to connect to the store wifi. I wasn't sure if I was going to write a review or not but finally decided to after every time, I have the same experience. I have gone here many times either buying a product, picking up an online order or returning something from an order. Every single time I go here, everyone is rude and acts like you have inconvenienced them for being there. Every other Ulta I have been to, outside of this one, is usually friendly and helpful.

Was walking around when someone asked me what I was looking for. I told them the item I wanted and they told me they didn’t have it. I knew they did because I specifically looked up the item to see if they carried it. I didn’t say anything and just kept looking for the items. I grabbed some other similar items in case I didn’t find the item I really wanted when a different woman came and without asking grabbed my items out of my hand and looked at them. She said I needed a basket and put them in there without my giving my consent. I didn’t say anything but kept shopping. When I found the item I originally wanted I put one of the items in the basket away and went to check out. At the register when I reached the girl behind the counter the women who had taken my items and put them in a baske
