Terrible customer service. Cashier (Niya) didn’t greet us, ignored our hello, and spoke rudely when demanding a phone number. When I addressed the lack of professionalism, the manager escalated the situation and told me to leave instead of handling it properly. Based on my experience and many similar reviews, this store clearly has a customer service problem from the top down. I’ve already contacted corporate with full details. I hope this location receives proper training so future customers aren’t treated the same way.

Brittany, the operations manager at this Ulta, was very rude. The customer service was unacceptable. I placed a pick-up order and was given an empty product box. I was very disappointed, because this mistake should never happen.. pick-up orders are physically scanned out, meaning whoever fulfilled my order knowingly gave me an empty box. Someone clearly stole the product. When I returned to the store to get the item I paid for, Brittany made inappropriate comments over the walkie and had employees watch my mother and me as we shopped. We were followed throughout the store and essentially profiled and discriminated against. This behavior is completely unprofessional and should not be happening at Ulta Beauty. Do better. Great experience! Brittany was greeting customers at the door, big smile, very welcoming. Had a problem with a coupon and she was super helpful trying to figure it out. Brittany also helped my wife find some cosmetics she was looking for. The cashier was very nice also. The store could be a bit bigger and have more selection, so minus 1 star. The staff deserve 5+ stars!

I will no longer spend my money with Ulta Beauty. When I walk in I’m never greeted. You will walk in & the staff will look at you like your interrupting their day . This is on numerous occasions. Today was my last straw . I walked in & walked right back out . I don’t know if the culture of Ulta beauty is to just not have customer service skills but I’m over it . It’s been maybe one or two times where I’m like okay I feel honored to spend my money with you guys . I will take my money elsewhere.

I forgot to ask our salesperson's name but she lead me through a complete full makeup buying guide for my daughter who needed stage makeup. She was so kind and knowledgeable and even though this is a smaller Ulta store they had everything we needed!
