I recently got a haircut at the Salon by Emily, she was really nice probably the nicest person I’ve ever met but I hated my haircut. Which sucks to say because I really like her. I don’t know if there was just a miscommunication or what happened but I asked for curtain bangs and face framing layers because I give myself a blow out often. Somehow I ended up with a 2009 scene haircut. The sides of my hair towards the bottom are noticeably thinner than the top part of my hair so much so I have to of constantly pull my hair from the back to the sides because if I don’t you can literally see the choppyness and where it is so much thinner. Wow - Christmas is here y'all. They were helpful and attentive. Store was clean and our helper even went in the back for what we needed. The were quick about getting purfume out of the cabinet. The product is in the store but manufacturers so if you wear a certain brand it's right on that aisle. Oh and did I say the store smells so good. Clean and all decorated for Christmas. What fun to shop there.

I’ve always had a good experience with this location. But today, I cannot express how wonderful Skylar, treated me this evening. I was looking for a specific body oil that I could only obtain in person at ulta. I came in about 15 minutes before close and about 5 minutes before I asked Skylar (employee) for recommendations since I couldn’t find the specific oil. She looked it up for me, went to the back and confirmed they had it and brought it to me. Given the timing, most people (including myself) just want to go home and be done. She could’ve told me they didn’t have it based on the floor inventory we were looking at. Instead, she said she would double check for me 5 minutes before close! She is genuinely kind and I am so pleased with this experience. She needs a raise and to be rewarded.
