I booked a makeup consultation for my birthday and it was the best decision I made. Jessica was my makeup artist and she educated me on all the products I was interested and taught me practical techniques which in the end saves me time and money. I’m very satisfied. Honorable mention is the benefit girl. I didn’t get her name but she was also very educated on the products and helped me pick out a benefit eyebrow pencil which I love!

The Longview location always has very long lines. My favorite skincare brand, Sunday Riley, is routinely sold out and it's hard to find larger size bottles of products when things are in stock. I've started ordering directly from the Sunday Riley website. The staff is regularly inattentive to customers and more focused on talking with each other instead of prioritizing customer service. I get more help and attention from skin care representatives who are visiting the store than I do from Ulta employees. Occasionally, I will have a very positive experience in the store. I just wish it happened more often.

The most unhelpful and rude workers I have ever encountered. The manager complained about me behind my back to another worker, and then when checking out I said I didn’t want to put my number in and the cashier pressured me nicely at first. Then when I said “no thank you because I usually don’t shop here” she Gen Z stared at me and began to talk under her breath (obviously loud enough for me to hear) saying that I was rude because I messed up her numbers and that I should continue to not shop there. I don’t know what Ultas thing with phone numbers is and why it affects the workers so much, but I will be taking her advice and continue to not shop there in the future, I can tell you that.

The most unprofessional salon experience ever. My mom’s appointment was scheduled for 1:15, it is now 2:44 pm and nobody has brought her back yet. I tried calling the salon 3 times to see what the hold up is and no one is answering. She obviously left, thank you guys for wasting her time.

Amazing shopping experience. Unlike in Canada we get helpers at Sephora to find our tones and shades... This place had no help. It is big and has hair products, skin care products, makeup lots and lots of makeup, on the right hand all the expensive brands and on the left side the drugstore more affordable brands as well as the Ulta products. It has accessible parking and accessible entrances. Lots of parking spaces outside the store. I recommend this store. It was clean and the staff and amnager who checked usbout were friendly and helpful.
