Hate to do this, But I need to share my experience and hopefully it does not happen to anyone else. So I normally go to Mariah, She’s great I love her! But she was out when I needed to get in, So I booked online with Jadin M. Worst experience I’ve had in that salon… She didn’t say a word to me when I walked in and I waited for about 35 minutes. Then, I sat down and she’s in such a hurry “ well let’s just do the all over color I have to leave by 1.” Mind you it was 12… The whole service was rushed, Her co worker told her to fill my hair twice and to watch my hair during the whole process. She never checked my hair once, My hair pulled a black color AND LOL it was orange, black, and a light brown odd color in the middle. The employees were really lovely but I purchased two items (one for me and one for someone else) that came with a promotional free item and was told that they can only give one free item per customer even though they were seperate brand items in the same promotion.. I would understand if the signage clarified that, but false advertising is always disappointing. I hope they follow through with their advertisements in the future😔

Nice store and location. The door greeter lady was rude and acted like we weren't welcomed in the store. Other staff was friendly but first impressions mean a lot. Doubt I'll go back to this location.

Came into here to return a product and waited for almost 10 mins for the line to clear. 1 person checking people out. 4 employees standing in a group by the door just chatting it up not helping anyone. I put the stuff back I was going to buy. Not shopping here again.

I had my hair cut n deep conditioned by Megan Williams, she’s the absolute best, I will never go to another hair stylist ever again! She made me feel so comfortable and talked n taught me a few things about hair, shampooing, conditioning. I’ve never had an experience like I had while sitting in her chair! She definitely loves her job and takes so much pride it in!!! So I recommend giving her a try yall! She is totally worth the money!!!
