She took the time to guide me toward a better brand option that fit my vegan lifestyle, talked me through my skincare needs, and helped me select products that matched my skin tone. Just moved down here a little over a year ago & I finally visited Ulta in Lexington for the first time. The store is huge compared to the one I had back in NJ. It was super organized & had so many different products & selections. Each area was arranged beautifully & esthetically pleasing. The only downfall is I hear this location has a lot of people stealing from them. Hopefully corporate finds a way to stop that. The staff members we pleasant & I was checked out in a timely fashion. Will definitely be back to shop some more.

My daughters and I shop at this location often. We always have a good experience. Today, my daughter paid with cash. She placed her money in the cashiers hand (Ana) and the cashier place her change on the counter while she was waiting for it to be placed in her hand. This is extremely rude. Train cashier to be more courteous.

Employees are either pushing the most expensive product as a sales rep for Clinique/Lancôme or have zero knowledge of reviews or product details. The last two times I visited the store these were actual responses from the staff when I asked for help “I couldn’t tell you either way I don’t have a problem with that so I don’t use these types of products” “yea I’m not sure the difference of those products” with no desire to help. Know what you’re looking for before hand. Store is clean and staff is friendly, just not helpful at all and when comparing 100 different products of the same type you’d expect the staff to have a bit more knowledge even if they don’t use it.
