My husband and I are in town for Thanksgiving and my birthday to be with family. Before leaving Wisconsin, I had a hair appointment booked with my regular stylist, but she forgot. So, we head to New Jersey with overgrown bangs, gray hairs poking through, color needs to be done … We are in New Jersey running errands and I see ULTA. I need some eyeliner so we pop in. While we’re there I see they have a hair salon. The stylist is busy, so I decide to wait around to ask if she had time to do a quick bang trim. She said she does! Yay!!! Then I think … why not see if she can do everything I was supposed to get back home. She said to come back at 3 pm. I arrive at 3 pm and JEANNIE was waiting for me. I tell her how I like my bangs cut, that I wasn’t happy with my coloring … she repeated back to m

You get what you pay for with the stylists. Booked a hour cut.. the stylist cut my hair in 20 minutes because of scheduling issues. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. At least give me a little curl at the end of my hair or a little bit of product just SOMETHING to show I even got a hair cut. Nope. Just wanted to get the next person in because I’m sure they were paying more for highlights. I repeat you are getting what you pay for!

I visited this Ulta location for the first time recently, and I was very impressed with the friendly staff and service. Beautiful store! I booked a haircut with Nicole and I'm thrilled with my new shorter layered-cut (goodbye constant ponytail)! I'm so excited to return in a few weeks to have Nicole color my hair! :)

Reagan was amazing ! I have never been to a salon and walked out so so happy and satisfied with the service. She truly took the time to get to know me and my hair as an individual instead of just another client like most salons. She did an amazing job cutting and diffusing my hair. I usually do not get my hair diffused at salons due to bad experiences but her styling truly made me fall in love with my curly hair again. She knows what she’s doing and I will be back again ! :)

I met Sara who did an amazing job at hi lights and a haircut. She did exactly as I asked. The hi lights look so natural. The haircut makes my hair look healthy and bouncy. Perfect!!! She put up with all my talking and she has a kind personality. Thank you Sara! I’ll see you again soon!
