For context, I am not a makeup girl and never have been, but a friend had recommended the Tarte setting powder as it gives a great matte finish and I have oily skin. I stopped by the Fruitville Pike location and noticed an associate helping a client and how friendly she was. I was kind of at a loss with what shade to get, so I found her after she finished with the client and asked for her help. Zoe was so friendly and spent some time with me to help pick the right shade for my skin shade/skin type and recommended the best way to use the setting powder. She then recommended a setting spray, also something I never use, which I ended up buying as well. Zoe was super friendly, knowledgeable and personable! She definitely knows her stuff and I really appreciated her taking the time to assist me

Posting my experience with the Salon only. I don't shop at Ulta too often but I do use their salon services. Anya is a fantastic hair stylist. She is very thorough in trying to understand exactly what it is that you want. I have had color corrections, all over blonde, highlights, haircutting services, olaplex treatments(my favorite) and more, all from Anya. I have never left unsatisfied with my results. Would definitely recommend stopping in and making an appointment with Anya.

My last two experiences at Ulta Beauty have been extremely uncomfortable. Every time I come into the store, the associates either seem too “busy” to help or they walk around watching customers as if they’re stealing merchandise. During my most recent visit, an associate nicely accused me of opening a product that was not a tester, which I did not do. The situation made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She then became rude and condescending when I said I didn’t want to spend $39 on a MAC Cosmetics lip gloss. On top of that, she never actually helped me find what I was looking for in the first place, which made the entire interaction even more frustrating. I’m honestly really saddened by this because I’ve always loved Ulta and enjoyed shopping there. However, this experience completely deter

THANK YOU JOSH, NATASHA, AND JACKIE. I was in a pretty bad situation with my hair and had let myself go. I had done this before with not taking care of my hair but as a first time mom I genuinely let myself go. Now I’m learning to love myself, and my hair so my daughter understands the importance of self love. But thanks to Josh, Natasha, and Jackie at ulta they were able to detangle my horrible horrible knot. They also surprised me with some goodies. I lost a lot of hair but unfortunately it’s what had to happen because of how bad it was. Thanks to ulta beauty 1170 for fixing me up!!

During the holiday shopping season my husband and I went shopping at the Ulta store on Fruitville Pike, Lancaster, shopping for our teenager daughter. They were extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend their associate Lanna. She was able to get us everything we needed and my daughter was very happy with everything that she helped us pick out. Couldn’t have asked for a better shopping experience.
