Staff at Ulta is always welcoming and helpful. Trish especially goes out of her way to ask if customers need help and to find products. Thank you Trish! You go above and beyond to make sure I get what I'm looking for.

Ultra was so suggested to me by friends and acquaintances. Honestly, I wasn't expecting how helpful the staff was in helping me figure out my primer, foundation, and the right shade for my face. I will have to come back when I get paid, but to experiment/ try out products. The staff was able to give me small samples and it was greatly appreciated. Helen and Jada were especially helpful in explaining how to apply the makeup, as I am not versed in this area. All in all great experience.

My wife came in to get her hair dyed red, she ended up leaving in tears! They did not even dye her hair all the way and refused to fix it correctly!

The sales gal knew nothing about the products in her own store, after about 3 I don't know I suggested how about find someone who does. Parking good, prices are competitive.

Beyond disappointed...tried to give them a chance since they're local. I arrived before my scheduled appointment; waited a few to be checked ✔️ in finally. I was greeted by name (per appointment), and sat. Waited for 25 minutes without acknowledgement afterward. Obviously my time and money is worth more than their tardiness AND lack of communication thereof.
