Came to here earlier to buy my foundation by Este Lauder which it was already being held for me. I called to ask the clerk can she hold the only one in my color until tomorrow bc they are no longer going to carry that older brand. This clerk was very inconsiderate and gave me a long drill about she can’t do this or that. Mind you she did not consider me asking her like please. Totally didn’t care and said no. That is such bad customer service . I wish I could say which clerk it was. Her name was hard to pronounce. ..I even told her I could get someone to get it for me after they get off, which was my daughter. She still wouldn’t hold it. 10/10, Went to the Lake jackson location & got helped by Angela. I'm new to makeup & only needed a shade match but she made me feel super comfortable & showed me plenty of products. I wasn't planning on buy anything since I've never worn makeup before but she convinced me to get the tarte concealer & I also got a little color corrector from maybelline. Would definitely buy from her again 🥰

Horrible. Made a return and had receipt. I take pay for everything yet they needed to have a physical card which I didn't have when I bought it. They then said they cant return it though they had receipt without an account. I dont use their rewards because I rarely shop there and for good reason. Then I was told I couldn't tap the way I paid and had to get credit. Unbelievable how they try to make you buy their products. Finally a manager could fix it and it taped acceptance returned without issue. I will NEVER shop at Ulta again. I will stay online or go to the mall.

Took my nieces in to shop. They bought their items and paid with money I had given them. They walked out but I had stayed behind to check a price in the aisle. As soon as they left, the cashiers not knowing that I was still there started bad mouthing them. To say that I was infuriated is an understatement. Did not know that this company allowed their employees to talk bad about their customers. Shameless. Never getting my business again.
