When I say I was apprehensive about going into Ulta to get my makeup done was an understatement. As I have never had anyone else do my makeup which I am pretty well basic when it comes to makeup application, and did NOT want to look like a fake barbie doll. However, when I say Jazz went above and beyond my expectations there are no words. I showed her two reference picture ideas of what I was thinking and all I can say is I have truly never felt this pretty with makeup on EVER in my life…. She was beyond detailed oriented. Understanding. Helpful. Professional. Great communication and hilarious conversation. If you want that beyond 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 service which I wish I could rate her higher then you need to SEE HER! Will 100% be using her in the future for any big events I have. Also, I only went in

I was so disappointed in the service. I rarely give a negative review. I went to Ulta to purchase a good supply of products because I do not get to Lafayette often. I asked an employee to recommend some colors that would accent my color of skin.. Although she was not rude, I gave up after several attempts for her to help me. All I as asking for was a recommendations. This is the first time I have felt this way but maybe it was because I’m 67. She had no interest in helping me at all. I went on to purchase everything I went in for but I’m not sure I will return to Ulta. And they have had my business for years.

Went in to get mascara that I thought only they carried. There was only one person in front of me at the counter. It seemed like they were there atleast 5 minutes. I decided to count to 60 to decide if I would continue to wait. It looked like they were no more near to being done. A girl came up like she might help me but then turned around and left. Now that I know I can buy this mascara elsewhere I probably will be.

I got my haircut for the first time here and I was impressed! I have thick, curly hair so I get a little hesitant with new places and salons, but Meah was AMAZING!! She talked through the service with me on how to care for my curls, how to wash my curls and different methods to style them! She took her time during the haircut and wash! The wash was AMAZING! She actually go through my thick hair and massaged my scalp which is hard for me to find a stylist that will thoroughly wash my hair down to my scalp! She answered all my questions I had about products and caring methods! I absolutely loved her recommendations with products and how she made sure they were perfect for my hair type! I will definitely be going back for another haircut! Thank you Meah!!

The staff is helpful. I have done a few returns on products I didn't care for after purchasing. The products could be more in stock and a friendlier atmosphere would be great!! I enjoyed my birthday reward! I would suggest knowing what you want before entering the store. Some sales.
