Logan was amazing. Not only did he multitask but, he took the time to help me find the perfect shade and brand for me. He explained everything to me (I’m not super knowledgeable about make up) and it’s the first time I’ve been in any make up store where someone truly took the time to find the perfect make up for me.

Do better Ulta. Typically, I love Ulta. I am a diamond member and shop frequently. However, today sucked. I had ordered hairspray online for "pickup". I just wanted the one item and I wanted to get in and out quickly due to other obligations. I arrived five minutes after they opened and they were not busy, so rather than tie up someone's time walking out to my car with one item, I thought, I'll just run it and grab it. I had my text already open with the scan bar. I walked right up to the pick up area and showed my phone and was promptly asked for my ID. I stopped. Like, what? I have the text right here. I also opened the app, to which I was logged in and could show the order. I had left my purse in the car bc I literally thought I could just grab my purchase with the proof on my phone and

Great customer service! Asked the cashier (i think her name was Makena) for help finding makeup on my daughters list for a dance recital. She got everything we needed and made this trip easier for us as we were unsure what we were looking for. Thanks!

Whew! Thank goodness for Logan and Sienna! We needed to color match a foundation and even though I’m a girl dad, I had no idea what that was. I’ll have to remember she has “olive” skin tone:-) Thanks for making it easy on me ULTA team!
