From the minute I walked into the store, I was attended to. Marcela welcomed me and helped me find a color match for a discontinued Mac lipstick I wanted to buy for my daughter and surprise her. Then, Marcela helped me find her special shampoo and conditioner based on my vague description . She was very patient and extremely helpful! Marcela deserves a raise! She knows all the products by heart, and was eager to help! I felt welcomed and valued from the moment I walked in the store! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

WARNING!!! Absolutely the worst haircut I have ever had!! I asked before I ever made an appointment if she could cut curly hair. She said all the right things. I have long hair, and I specifically expressed I did not want or need more than a 1/2 " cut off the length. I just needed some curls trimmed around my face. I walked out with 6" cut off the bottom! It was uneven and I had no curls, just frizz! I drove to a friend's house and she could not believe the mess I was left with. I have waited over a year to write this because I was so disgusted. If I could give negative stars, I would. I seldom leave reviews, especially negative reviews, but this demanded a dire warning to anyone out there thinking about trusting this stylist at Ulta. Do not go there!! She talks a good talk but

I had such a great experience at Ulta thanks to Blanca and Marci! They were incredibly welcoming and helpful—not just to me, but to my mom as well. They took their time with us, answered our questions, and made sure we walked out with exactly what we needed. Their kindness and patience really stood out. Ulta is lucky to have them!

It's an amazing store. And always smells good . Staff is very helpful and friendly
