I set an appointment last week, Saturday for a hair appointment and they told me upon arrival that they wouldn’t have time for my appointment, which is disappointing but I tried to be understanding. The lady Kelly then rescheduled me for the following week, this Friday and reassured me that they will have time. I then receive a text, the day before my appointment that my appointment has been cancelled. When I called Kelly told me that they actually had someone else booked at the same time they booked my appointment and they would need to reschedule me again. I even confirmed my appointment online. She told me she didn’t have license to do my hair, and waited a whole week to let me know last minute that my appointment is canceled when I could have found someone or somewhere else to do my ha

I highly recommend Michelle. She is a true master at what she does and consistently delivers outstanding results. She is very kind, friendly, and professional, and her attention to detail is exceptional. She always understands exactly what I want and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with the final result. If you’re looking for someone you can fully trust, Michelle is the best choice.

I came today they had the doors locked at 8:22 five people walking outside. They did not open up the door. The store sign says 9 PM closing the store way before they supposed to very disrespectful and rude.

Michelle Sengsourya is an incredible hairstylist I started going to her months ago. I left feeling like a new person. I am so happy I chose her I will always return to Ulta to see Michelle. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

horrible service, under qualified to do COLORED hair. do NOT recommend, i went in when i had blonde and needed a touch up they tried to charge me $450 went to my home state CALIFORNIA (more expensive then Florida) charged me 150-200. i went red recently my hairstylist in California used a color they don’t have which is crazy but whatever, they told me it would take longer then 2 hours and didn’t have time for me since i didn’t book it correctly mind you it’s an all over color which i booked and in the all over color booking it says “refresh or update your hair color with thorough color application from ROOTS TO ENDS OF HAIR” but apparently i booked wrong and my hairstylist in California did it in 2 hours. they wanted to add time for more money, my hairstylist put every detail in the notes
