I came to this store for my daughter's Christmas and everyone was so nice friendly and helpful. Mckenna especially! She was so helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed. She didn't try and over sell me stuff which I love. The store is very clean and organized although I noticed some of the prices are crazy over priced. I'm not sure if that's the actual manufacturer's or Ultra themselves but man who ever it is shame on them. Chapstick for 16.99 are you kidding me, a lady in line told me there were curling irons over $200. That's just crazy to me a curl is a curl. I'm sure the Walmart $30 curling iron that comes with 4 different wands will do the same job. So why are we doing this to each other, just STOP please there are so many people that would love to shop here but just can't affo

This Ulta is always my go to place to shop for skincare and makeup. They have tons of products at a range of price points and lots of services. Today I went in to get some new skincare items and an associate named Courtney helped me out. She was so kind and easy to talk to and instantly asked if I needed help or had a question. She was not only kind but was also so knowledgeable about the products and the ingredients in the products and their benefits and she had great recommendations for me! Thank you so much Courtney I’m so excited to try my new products out!

When I went to this location everything else was a priority but the customer. There was a lady walking around and couldn’t even bother to help me. I was in shock because normally people are friendly and very help but today the vibe felt different. I decided to try a different makeup store and their customer service was above and beyond. I’m going to avoid this location from now on
