OK last update. I’m going to keep my original review below because Chelsea is amaaaazing and this is not a reflection on her in any way. She was the whole reason I tried to drive up over an hour to see her today for my appointment in the first place. I can’t give this ULTA 5 stars anymore because after making my hair appointment online, I called the store multiple times (before I left and twice on my way there) to let them know I might be a few minutes late and to tell Chelsea I was still on my way. The few times I called before getting there I heard a version of “yes, we’ll tell her - thanks for letting us know.” There was no indication that anything was wrong. It's crazy how entitled the staff feel to give dirty looks to a middle aged man walking around the store trying to find some products. The lady who finally helped me after I flagged her down was nice though. My bottle of Pycnogenol that I purchased had clearly been used as there was product on the dropper and the lid. Over pretty atrocious experience. Definitely won't be back to this location.

Everyone was really friendly and had great customer service. I was with my son shopping for cologne. We had to ask an employee for help finding the travel size colognes. And when we couldn’t find a tester for the cologne my son wanted she checked to see if she could make a new one for us to smell. I didn’t get her name but she had tiger makeup on (everyone was wearing Halloween face makeup). I just wanted to give a shout out to her and say thank you! It was busy and she was trying to stock items but took the time to help me and my son. She was pleasant and patient! We also had a great cashier, she seemed to be a manager or supervisor. She was also very pleasant and had awesome customer service.

Normally I like shopping at ulta, but recently at the Keizer location, one of the cashiers was SO pushy about asking to sign up for an Ulta credit card. I overheard her with a customer before me, and she asked them about 6 times if they would get a credit card. Then, she did the same thing to me 20 minutes later. When she was checking people about with another cashier, she only asked once. As soon as she was working alone, she was super pushy and weird. Even after the 4th time she pushed me and I gave a little attitude, she tried again. Also super weird that none of them wear name tags, so I could not get her name. Watch out at the Keizer location in case you get that worker, super weird!!

Didn’t have my first or second choice of items. 3rd one I chose I couldn’t carry to the counter because it was over $100. Wait in line for 5 mins, checking out lady rude to me because I don’t want to put in a phone number. Also said I can’t return the item unless I put in my phone number, that can’t be legal. Can’t rate a 1 star because it is a decently operated store, seems like corporate is pushing for making life a decent amount harder for employees at the store level down below.
