This is alittle late but better late than never. i saw Avery at the barry road location twice last month once for a olaplex treatment and then for a highlight. She was amazing she listened to everything I had to tell her about my hair and how it lightens very quickly and how alot of hairstylist get it to light. How I recently dyed it myself. She was very knowledgeable about the products she was using she was patient and nice. I love how my highlights came out very subtle a dark honey color.....not white !! I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I’m a black woman, since I don’t live in the area (but I used to almost 20 years ago) and only visited this location twice, I just want to give my input. I was GREETED upon entry, asked if I was doing alright, employees (all 3 on the floor) spoke to me and made me feel welcome. I wasn’t treated like I was going to steal, like most places in New Mexico treat me. There is a difference between checking in and profiling. I didn’t feel any judgment. Other shoppers were very friendly too and I felt no judgment from them either!

I was in there is recently and had my makeup done by Paige. I had a formal event. She did such a great job. I also had a decorative hair accessory and she put that in my hair. I loved her entire vibe and she’s so good at what she does! I’ll definitely be back to see her!

It’s always a great time at Ulta, today however, I decided to post a review. Every visit the staff is eager to assist, friendly, and patient. The store is always clean and organized, I love that about this location. Today Abby, assisted in the perfume section, and we must have had her spray over 10 scents by different designers. She was patient, friendly, and even suggested a few of her go to scents. I liked the Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue Summer Vibes and the Chanel Chance EAU FRAICHE Eau de spray, excellent recommendations from her. Abby even created a sample of the Marc Jacobs Daisy Wild for us. Thanks Abby! At checkout Isabel was also patient, pleasant, and kind. Thank you! I usually visit this location, and I will definitely return for much needed Ulta runs!

As a man I typically hate haircuts. From the small talk/banter to the overall experience of being dissatisfied whenever they’re done and I look in the mirror. Today I went into Ulta (hesitant bc I’m a dude) and I got the best hair cut I think ive ever had.
