I walked into ulta and 3 employees were standing there talking. One immediately asked me if she could help me. I had pictures of 7 items I needed on my phone. We went through them and she found them all. When I went to check out the girl had a coupon that she let me use on my items. They were all so nice and helpful. Can’t say that about Sephora.

Just went in with a friend but the staff was very friendly. They greeted every person I saw walk through the door and seemed happy to help out and answer any questions. If they sold things that I was interested in I'd definitely be back to shop there. Whoever owns that place is lucky they the staff that is there!!

Today I went to this ulta for the first time and my experience from the door was so welcoming. I went to get my hair colored and cut and eyebrows touched up. Brealyn was so sweet and patient with the process. I have a lot of hair that’s overwhelming for me to do daily but that was no problem to her she fixed me up right. Even though the process took sometime with the amount of hair I have on my head Breayln treated me with care. I walked out feeling like a million bucks. Thank you ulta for having amazing service I will be back soon!!!

Sara and hmaya were super helpful and nice I found exactly what I was needing. Hmaya the super friendly and did excellent work. She even found Make up for my daughter

If you want a horrible, uneven haircut this is the place to go! When trying to fix her horrific shelf looking layers she kept having to go shorter, and shorter with the same result until I finally said please stop! No more. You’re ruining my hair. They had the audacity to almost charge me until I said something. Luckily I was able to have it fixed by a professional elsewhere immediately. The place that fixed it had a similar occurrence from here sadly. Even the back length was an inch off. She was using no guide! How did this person get their license I do not know. Prior to this service has typically been well. Especially when buying products. Back prior to the pandemic the facial I got was absolutely wonderful.
