Great inventory and staff. Hence the five stars. But holy Toledo is there anyway they can even cut in half the perfume fragrance cologne stank? I fully admit I’m sensitive but I can taste it when I leave the store. Can something be done? I’d spend more time and more money if I wasn’t literally choking. Thank you!

Visited this beauty supply store with my daughter as they apparently have everything she needs or wants as far as beauty supplies are concerned. I stepped into the store to take a look a men's fragrances and they had a nice selection and some good prices and deals on some of the fragrances on the day I visited the store. The only reason I deducted a star from the review is because the selection, at least for men's fragrances, was minimal. It would be nice if it was expanded. Overall, still a good store.

Fatima and the whole Ulta team made it so comfortable to come in for beauty services and shopping with my baby. It is so nerve wracking to go places as a new mom with a young baby, especially breastfeeding. Everyone was so supportive and kind! Thank you to Fatima, Jennifer, and the whole Ulta team! New moms need to get pampered, too! ❤️😁

About a week ago I went to ulta beauty in Jonesboro and Tristan was such a big help and very knowledgeable about the products I was looking for and moore. He was very friendly and made my experience a great one..... I love and appreciate those who knows what customer service is. Because now days most people don't know or don't care as well as the company, who's not training properly or not training at all, and has lowered the standards and practices. So thank you Tristan 😊

Was having trouble finding the right shade of foundation for my skin tone. Michelle went through great lengths to find me the perfect match for my bestfriends wedding. She was super patient and very kind. She held a great conversation. I recommend anybody to go see her for your beauty needs!!
