The new Ulta store (Silversands outlet the old Panera Bread building) is officially OPEN and it’s amazing! The store is gorgeous, super clean, and so easy to shop. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to help with anything you need. This is my new favorite store! Go check them out, you’ll love it just as much as I do! 💖✨

After going to Ulta Beauty in Jefferson City Mo. and $70 worth of gift cards not working at their register, they had me call their business office to solve the problem. I was on the phone for nearly 45min for them to swear they’d send the correction to me through email within 24 hours and call to let me know it was sent. It has been 4 days and still no call or email. Very disappointing

Retail associate could work on product knowledge. A lot of associates just standing around. Check out was quick, but no sales follow up with the cashier.

I was checking out yesterday when the register froze, the associate asked for a manager to help. I was very appalled when her manager rolled her eyes at her employee. So to that manager if you do not like the responsibility of leading a team don't do it. You catch more flys with honey than vinegar.

Bailey was amazing doing my brows. She also helped me with buying makeup, Face cream and perfume I’ve never had customer service like that. Thank you Bailey
