My daughter had an appendectomy recently, and she chose this place as her first adventure during her recovery. The manger keeps this store clean, and well stocked! It was nice to see my daughter find all the things that brought her joy during this hard week. We did a pick up in store the next day and I want to tell them they are doing a great job!

I used to go love going into Ulta - you always got waited on - employees always willing to help you with finding the right product for your skin - foundation - face cream .. I don’t shop in there much anymore - less I know what I want without any questions to employees— they don’t help you any more - they don’t give samples to see if you like it - instead we have to come back to return products- which seems a lot of money for the company to be throwing it away when a customer already tried it — This store and service is just not the same any - they don’t care !!

Came to the store at 4:55. Store closes at 5:00 per Google and hours posted on the doors. Lady with purple hair acknowledged me as I knocked on the glass and said we are closed. I only needed a gift card for present. She declined. Walking away saying we are closed. I mentioned that it’s not 5:00 yet, and she said no. I’m obviously not your ideal customer but terrible customer service. I 100% get not wanting to stay late or be there past close. But a gift card would have taken 2 minutes. Do better.

I’ve been a customer at this Ulta location for years. What occurred today reflects a breakdown in training, leadership accountability, and basic operational standards. My purchase totaled $6.35. I handed the cashier $7, then provided an additional $0.35 so that I could receive $1 in return — a routine transaction any functioning POS system and any properly trained employee can process instantly. Instead, the cashier was unable to complete the sale. The floor supervisor was called, and what followed was one of the most unnecessarily adversarial and poorly handled interactions I have witnessed in any retail environment. Upon arrival, the supervisor immediately displayed hostility. She demanded I physically hand her my dollar, despite the correct payment already being present and accounted

Love love love this store. The employees are always so kind and helpful. They always help find right where the product your looking for is at.
