Ulta Beauty

I don't know if this lady is the manager but I have had uncomfortable experience with her so far each time I've come here. She never wears her name tag and I don't have the confidence asking what's her name, she is mid '40s Asian woman and she always walks behind me and watches me as if I'm going to steal something. I've been a member of Ulta for about 10 years already and my family have been members more than 25 years. I dress nice to come into Ulta but I think it's ridiculous if her opinion of me is based off of what I wear. I would insert my debit card and she would make sure that it's legit checking it looking at it almost telling me by her body language that I'm not able to afford whatever that I am buying. And you know what I think today was the last time that I will be shopping here

Store had many employees but I still walked out feeling like I wasn't fully helped. I found my own product that I asked about and was told they didn't have. They had it. My elderly mom walked out with nothing. She wanted to go to Macy's where she was used to dealing with just one sales person to find all her products. This day she had 5 people come up to her to ask if she needed anything. They didn't stay with her and follow up with questions about her needs. It was a little weird.

I had been going to this location for a long time now but had rather unpleasant trip yesterday. I was using the make up station to try some product on, I turned my back on to grab something and a lady who seemed like a supervisor in beauty section and was doing rounds, started grabbing cleaning tissues I was using and dumping them into trash and said "Oh we need to keep it clean for next customer" .I was not even done and moreover her body language and tone was very unwelcoming and rude. I would try a different location next time.

I arrived at the store on Saturday at 9:40 and it was closed, even though it's supposed to be open from 9:00. It's awful that they have opening hours and make me drive from Horbat.😡
