I went in after my appointment elsewhere was cancelled. Let me just say I am so glad the other place cancelled. Sophie was AMAZING. she had a vision with the colors I chose. 1 being a color she had been wanting to use. Let me just say my hair needed help it was bleached at home still had blue in the ends and she completely transformed it into exactly what I wanted! It's stunning and I love it. I definitely 100% recommend! Will be back!!

Staff did nothing but stare at me. Never offered to help, nothing. It wasn’t until I asked a male worker who was about to just walk right pass me. I finally found what I was looking for, came to the front to get in line.. the woman at the register moved away from the register and says “you looking for anything up here?” And then carries on and walks to where I was standing looking for my product. They talked on their little headset and stood over there for a little while. I noted how weird that was to the woman at the register. Only one that actually had decency was the woman with the piercings and cross necklace who checked me out. Rude environment. First time coming here, and last time.

Edit to add: They now have the security guards CLEANING the displays. How are they going to do any sort of asset protection if they are focused on cleaning displays? That was weird. I went to check out their new display for Rare Beauty that has been anticipated for over a month, and the display wasn’t fully set up yet. Lately I’ve been really disappointed with this location. I think at this point purchasing direct from the brands would be better. Ok so I gotta start by saying I love Ulta. I frequent it multiple times a month. I shop online often. I’ve spent thousands in a single year here. I get my haircuts here, used to do my brows til the brow expert left. I booked an appointment to get my make up done for a Christmas party and Sophie did her thing! I got compliments all night and felt like a queen! Thanks girl! You slayed!!!!

Asked for help finding a new foundation and Laney went so above and beyond! She was so sweet and tested multiple shades for me patiently. A few days after purchasing and this is the best foundation I’ve ever owned. Def recommend this location and get her a promotion!
