I had a wonderful experience. The sweetest worker helped me out! His name was Gavin. I needed help finding hair products for my daughter because i got her a shark for her birthday and he recommended the best things. Plus they were affordable lol. I highly recommended asking gavin for help if you need any hair products!!!

I am staying outside it’s 8:50 pm 26 of November, I came at 8:45 store should be closed at 9 pm, I was trying to ask the stuff if they still open but everyone ignore my existence by the door, door is completely closed 15 min before timing

All the girls in this store were so helpful but sweet blonde named Sawyer, was so patient with me. She helped me find everything around the salon, gave me lots of options on certain items I was interested in and dupes for cheaper prices on items that were out of my budget. Thanks for all your help tonight Sawyer!

I’m not going to lie, there are more times often than not, that I actually don’t like shopping at ULTA. Just for reasons that irk me. Either someone’s being completely overly helpful, and just two overbearing, that it’s just too hard to shop while thinking, or not helpful enough. But, I had the best experience at this location today than I’ve had in any other store. There’s a young woman, her name is Madison and she knows absolutely everything about skin care!!!! And I mean that literally. It’s so hard to find genuine people, especially that work for big companies and probably make commissions on selling higher priced products, but this girl kept it as real as it could be. She wasn’t trying to oversell me. She literally broke down every step of my morning and night skin care routine routin

The gals are very happy to see you .unlessnew hire...know products very well.i love the warm can ihejp you find something? They hang for a few moments in case you change your mind then they move on.. don't care for an Associate
