Very nice girl that peirced me seconds. Tho 6 weeks later when it was finally time to take my earing out everything looked great exept trying to put it back in was a painful struggle because she did peirce one ear at an angle amd the earrings are fake the gold wore off in 3 weeks but id say its fine for the cheap price...

very rude, asked the lady in black for help and she was very rude and left to talk with her coworkers in the front, the place was also really dirty. I always shop here and brought in family to pass along the experience and was treated horrible.

I had a really disappointing experience at this store. I asked one of the workers, who was short with blonde hair, for help finding a good shampoo. Unfortunately, she was very rude and unhelpful, making it difficult for me to find what I needed. Overall, the interaction left a bad impression, and I didn’t feel valued as a customer. I hope the staff can improve their customer service in the future.

I have never had a good experience in this store, due to the staff. I feel that whoever does the hiring looks for people with the least amount of customer service skills and the biggest superiority complexes. And it's different employees every time I have gone in, but same clique mentality and same lack of help/attention. I wish I could go to this store, as it is the only place in Hutch that carries the things I want, but I won't put up with being treated like I don't belong there. Makeup is for EVERYONE. Do better, dudes.
