Destiny, in the salon, did a fantastic job on my hair. I have hair loss and she spent time listening, helping with products, and I ended up with an excellent haircut! She’s very good at her job and very honest and professional. Thank you, Destiny!

Alwaysssss have a problem with the email crap at Ulta when checking out, but this time was different. My friend & I went to checkout, and the employee at the register gave us the whole spiel about 'needing' an email, going as far as to ask if anyone I knew had an email when we said NO probably about 10 times. She goes on to say that we 'HAVE' to have an email, and I politely tell her we don't. I understand that there's push from upper management about getting peoples email, but honestly she went the wrong way about it. After telling her that we don't 'NEED' an email she starts to huff and puff and throw my items around in a clearly aggravated manner.
